Accommodation and Flights

You are responsible for your own accommodation and transport, arrangements and payment.

We have secured group accommodation at the following hotels:

The Boardwalk (Congress venue)
Courtyard
City Lodge
Town Lodge

• Please book your rooms as soon as possible it will be available on a first come, first served basis.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Check-in time: 14:00
• Check-out time: 10:00
• The accommodation establishment’s cancellation policy will apply.
• All travellers are requested to please travel with a copy of his or her identification document or passport as the accommodation establishments are mandated to obtain a copy of this.

If you plan to stay at any other hotel or guest house, you have to make provision for your own daily transport to and from the congress venue.
